Payer Notes

Notes allow you to add free-form text to a Payers record.  Notes can be easily added to a payer's record and are viewable by other operators.  Notes stay permanently attached to a Payers record.



To create a new note open a Payer's record and click the 'Notes' Tab.


Type text into the 'Add a new Note' text area.  You can apply basic formatting such as bullet point, underlining text and adding a hyper-link.
