Cancelling a Submission

At any stage of the PayGate Desktopsubmission workflow a submission can be cancelled.

Cancelling a submission will immediately and permanently stop the payment from being inwardly processed.  A cancelled submission cannot be restarted at a later stage – although you can , of course, start a new submission with the same payment data. 

Any user that is part of the workflow (Signers, approvers and submitters) can cancel a submission.  A user can cancel the submission by clicking the button marked ‘Cancel Submission’.

 

 

PayGate requires that you confirm the cancelation request.  If you want to go ahead and cancel the submission press the ‘OK’ button.
