Finding Payers

PayGate DDMS includes a simple search engine designed to quickly help you find an individual payer's record.

You can use the search engine to search for payer records using one or more of the following fields

• First Name
• Last Name
• Reference
• Email Address
• Address Line 1
• Postcode
• Telephone Number
• Mobile Number
• Custom Field 1
• Custom Field 2
• Custom Field 3
• Custom Field 4
• Custom Field 5
• Bank account sortcode
• Bank account number

Type one or more search words into the Search Expression text box.  For example 'Smith' will return all payers across your groups that have a surname of Smith or Smith somewhere in their surname such as Smithson.

You can also search for fragments of text such as NW10.  This will return all payer that have NW10 in their postcode.
