Licence Manager

The Licence Manager is a screen where you can see the current level of licences for your account.

The top half of the screen displays the current, used and available counters for user's and Groups.

The second portion of the screen shows which features of PayGate Enterprise you are licensed for.

If you wish to unlock additional functionality, please contact your account manager.

Users

The current limit indicates the number of users that you are licensed for.

'Used' indicates the number of users that are in use.

'Available' is the number of new users that you can create.

Note: If you delete a user from the 'Manage users' section of the Administration menu this will free up user licenses.

Groups

The current limit indicates the number of groups that you are licensed for.

'Used' indicates the number of groups that are in use.

'Available' is the number of new groups that you can create.

Note: If you delete a group from the 'Manage Groups' section of the Administration menu this will free up group licenses.

Features

The features that are controlled by licences in PayGate Enterprise are:

• BACS Payments - Create and submit 'BACS' payments.
• Faster Payments (Secure IP) - Create and submit 'Faster Payments' payments.
• SEPA Payments - Create and submit 'SEPA Credits and Debits.
• PayGate SMS Access - This feature allows you to use SMS text messages as notifications.
• Account No./Sort Code Validation - This feature enables validation of bank account numbers and sort codes.
• Enable multiple languages - PayGate Enterprise is a multi-language system; with this feature you can choose which language the user interface will use for a specific user.
• HSM Enabled - This feature allow the customer to make use of the PayGate Enterprise HSM.
