Creating Users

Before a user can use PayGate they must have a PayGate Desktop user account created.

  To create a new PayGate user account follow these steps.

  1. Log into PayGate using the administrator account. 
  2. Using the menu choose Admin > Create User.
  3. Enter the various details into the form.  All of the items are mandatory
  4. Click the ‘Create’ button.

 

Password Policy

User passwords must conform to a built-in minimum password complexity. The default password complexity is: at least 7 characters and at last 1 non-alphanumeric character.
